The Turin Chamber of Commerce, through its Women's Entrepreneurship Committee, in 2019 joined theInternational Women's Entrepreneurial Challenge Foundation, becoming the only Italian chamber of commerce to join this international nonprofit organization. Since joining, the Turin Chamber of Commerce has had ways to collaborate with successful female entrepreneurs internationally, participate in conferences and events that promote women's entrepreneurship, and create networking opportunities.
The IWEC Foundation is an international organization headquartered at the Manhattan Chamber of Commerce and is currently composed of 460 women entrepreneurs, who have been honored at 15 annual conferences held in different cities around the world. The Foundation brings together women entrepreneurs who are already in the global marketplace and wish to expand, as well as those seeking to expand internationally. It has a mission to create connections and develop a global network of successful women entrepreneurs, through the work of about fifty international chambers of commerce and women's business organizations, and promote the empowerment of women in business.

The XVIth Annual Conference of the IWEC Foundation will take place in Turin, Italy, at Palazzo Birago, November 5-7, 2023.
