Roomless is a premium housing rental platform, i.e. a digital platform operating in the medium to long-term housing rental sector, which aims to simplify and optimise the process of finding a rental property by making it faster, more transparent and safer.
Roomless' mission is to become the European leader in this segment. Founded in October 2019, the company achieved excellent results in Italy in 2021 and at the beginning of this year entered two new countries, Germany and Spain, preparing to land in the markets of Portugal and France by the end of the year.
The turnover target for 2022 is over € 1 million, +300% compared to 2021, and, to date, the company is generating revenues perfectly in line with this target. The new investment round will finance the further development of the proprietary technology, the strengthening of the team, including by attracting new talent, and foreign expansion.
The lead investor of the round is Sensible Capital, an Italian venture capital firm specialising in Proptech investments, together with Club degli InvestitoriClub degli Investitori, one of the leading business angel groups in Italy. Previously, in 2020, Roomless was selected for the Hubble route by Nana Bianca and Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze , which will convert their funding for the company into equity in the seed round.
