Turin-based startup ReLearn closes €1 million round

The deal was concluded thanks to CDP Venture Capital, LVenture Group, LA4G, Club degli Investitori, Feel Venture and Sensible Capital.

ReLearn, the Italian startup active in waste management, closes a new €1 million investment round to continue its revolution in cleantech. The round involved CDP Venture Capital, LA4G – Luiss Alumni for Growth, Club degli Investitori, LVenture Group, Feel Venture and Sensible Capital. ReLearn after winning numerous international awards, including the European Social innovation Prize - Horizon 22 from the European Union and being accelerated by Bocconi 4 Innovation and ZERO, is now focusing its efforts on faster growth in the market.

Their mission is simple, but meaningful: to use artificial intelligence to turn waste into a resource, monitoring and raising awareness among the corporate and city commmunity. ReLearn's key technology is called NANDO, artificial intelligence that can monitor and analyze waste production, offering data on the quantity and quality of waste collectionwith suggestions aimed at reducing and reusing the waste produced. The data collected by NANDO is aggregated and presented in a monitoring dashboard, enabling customers to understand and reduce their environmental impact related to waste generation. In addition, NANDO uses the data obtained to raise awareness and engage the community by implementing data-driven corporate gamification strategies aimed at waste reduction and reuse.

With the recent €1 million investment, ReLearn is ready to expand into new markets, accelerating its growth in Europe, the United Kingdom, and the waste management industry in general. ReLearn, among its goals, plans to expand its team and consolidate NANDO as a reference tool in achieving the Zero Waste goal. In an increasingly eco-conscious world, ReLearn stands out as a key player in the quest for conscious waste management. After all, you can't solve a problem if you don't monitor it.
