Turin and Maranello will collaborate on the development and launch of a new supercar that will be on the market by 2025.

Currently, Politecnico di Torino and the automotive company from Maranello are cooperating in the field of HR: Ferrari, in fact, has access to the most brilliant and talented new graduates at Politecnico.

The new partnership, on the other hand, will involve research, technological development and innovation activities that will focus mainly on the Ferrari's transition to electric engines , considering that the company plans to present a new full-electric model on the market by 2025. This collaboration will also bring benefits to the Cars Polito interdepartmental centre, responsible of the development of technologies applied to the automotive sector and smart mobility solutions.

Politecnico di Torino has also recently been involved in the Made4 project with StMicroelectronics, FCA Italy, Comau and CNR Istituto Microelettronica Microsistemi , financed by the MISE and European funding. Politecnico confirms its role as a reference centre for the automotive sector and the development of intelligent mobility solutions , thanks to the quality of its training and the excellent results achieved by its internal research and development activities.
