Banca Sella invests 1 billion in innovation and sustainability for SMEs

The Bank is betting on the transformation of production processes in an ecological key as envisaged by the UN Agenda for Recovery.

Banca Sella believes and bets on the transformation of production processes in a green key: for this reason it has made available to small and medium-sized enterprises € 1 billion to encourage innovative projects that have a positive effect on the environment and that guide the economic recovery through the ecological transition.

This choice is in line with the objectives of theUnited Nations 2030 Agenda. "We are convinced," explained Massimo De Donno, Head of Network at Banca Sella, "that focusing on innovative projects linked to sustainability, in all its aspects, represents a long-term investment for companies in their activities with positive repercussions also in the social, territorial and environmental spheres".

The loans granted will be guaranteed by Mediocredito Centrale or the European Investment Fund and will have to be used in the realization of initiatives regarding circular economy, environmental and territorial management, corporate social responsibility, improvement of working relationships, protection of diversity, economic growth.
