In the evening of September 28th at Toolbox Coworking took place the demo day of the autumn 2020 edition of YOU ARE Inventor, the prototyping bootcamp accelerator of the SEI - School of Entrepreneurship & Innovation During 10 days, students with a passion for technology, innovation and startups transformed their ideas into working prototypes supported by mentors, experts and the team of FabLab Turin.
The teams presented their ideas in front of a jury composed of professionals from the world of investment, innovation and startups: 5 minutes each and a dozen slides for the dream of seeing their project awarded and inserted in the mentoring path that will bring it to life.
Which projects were presented during this edition?

HEERYA | Noise pollution
Heerya is a compact and wearable device that allows you to hear your voice amplified in case you are talking too loud so that you can lower the volume helping to reduce noise pollution in crowded places.
ESMET | Silver Economy

JUSTGRANNY | Lifestyle
JustGranny is a service that wants to bring together hungry young people with grandmothers with a passion for cooking specialties to feed them: young people can enjoy a comfortable and convenient meal and grandmothers can find good company with whom to share their culinary skills.
UTIQUE | Fast Fashion
We get rid of clothes faster and faster because we don't feel attached to them but Utique offers a sustainable platform where you can choose every single detail of your clothes so that you will feel really attached to them and the result will be a tailor-made piece that will perfectly represent you.
JASON | Space mining
Mining from asteroids has an enormous economic potential: with the satellite designed by Jason it will be possible to determine the exact composition of asteroids through a camera, a spectrometer and a radio scanning system controlled by an artificial intelligence algorithm.
