Foundation of banking origin, it is a private non-profit organization of philanthropic work. It takes shape in the early nineties from the privatization of the CRT Bank. It intervenes in the key development sectors of Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta specifically by operating in three macro-areas: Art + Culture, Research + Education, Welfare + Territory. It makes financial contributions of various sizes, mainly for projects that have a social vocation and of collective interest.
