Collective Projects 2023-2024: a new model of open innovation

An initiative by Réseau Entreprendre Piemonte and Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo with the goal of bringing startups, scale-ups, SMEs, and third-sector organizations closer to Open Innovation through collaborative pathways with international teams of second-year students enrolled in the Bachelor in Management program at ESCP Business School.

Réseau Entrepresere Piemonte in collaboration with Turin campus of ESCP Business School and with the impetus and support of the Fondazione Compagnia di San Paolo, is promoting the call for applications aimed at nonprofit organizations, companies, and startups to participate in the Collective Project 2023/2024.

The new edition of the Collective Project 2023/2024 aims to bring together third-sector organizations, startups, and SMEs for an open innovation project that encourages the exchange of ideas and practices across different systems.

Entities selected to participate in the Collective Project will gain access to the international ESCP network, will be provided with a team of 6 or 7 studentshighly motivated and eager to take on challenges suitable for testing their knowledge and skills, totaling 240 hours of work in order to develop a business project in one of the following areas of interest: Marketing, Internationalization, Fundraising, Knowledge Management, Business Development, or Sustainability.

Third-sector organizations, startups, and businesses will have the opportunity to work with a young team of students who will act as dedicated consultants for the development of a concrete project. These students will bring insights from their international backgrounds and experiment with new business solutions to enhance market scalability. The Collective Projects offer a chance for talent acquisition for the involved organizations and, at the same time, a career development opportunity for the students.

The Collective Projects will take place from November 2023 to April 2024 and will involve approximately 310 students from over 40 different nationalities enrolled in the second year of the Bachelor in Management, divided into 55 teams. The project will be conducted in English. Each company should designate a representative to guide the students throughout the project.

Interested companies, organizations, and startups can submit their applications until September 30, 2023.
