The transaction was also led by Capital Cell and Dr. Andrea Giani, an expert in the sector.
The funding obtained will allow MgShell to accelerate the development and preclinical validation of its technology, support product development, promote business development activities and strengthen the team. With this investment, MgShell aims to bring its innovative solution to market in the shortest possible time, to improve the lives of doctors and patients.
