The Club degli Investitori, through the participation of Simon Fiduciaria, Italian Angels for Biotech and Bios Line Holding, is excited to announce the closing of a €1,140,000 investment round in MgShell, an innovative company in the MedTech sector specialized in the development of technologies for the treatment of eye diseases. The transaction was also led by Capital Cell and Dr. Andrea Giani, an expert in the sector.
The funding obtained will allow MgShell to accelerate the development and preclinical validation of its technology, support product development, promote business development activities and strengthen the team. With this investment, MgShell aims to bring its innovative solution to market in the shortest possible time, to improve the lives of doctors and patients.
