Digitalization is one of the main drivers of growth in the labor market, with a growing demand for digital skills. According to Unioncamere, between 2022 and 2026, a need for about 2.1-2.3 million workers with basic digital skills and 875,000-960,000 with advanced skills is expected. Deloitte data (2024) confirms this trend, with 67% of companies increasing their investments in generative AI, and 25% planning to adopt AI agents by 2025.
In response to these needs, the Master School of the Politecnico di Torino has launched the Executive Master in Artificial Intelligence and Managerial Strategies for Digital Transformation, in collaboration with Deloitte Consulting. The program is intended for managers, professionals, and recent graduates who want to gain skills to manage business decision-making processes through the use of digital technologies and artificial intelligence solutions.
The Master focuses on training professionals capable of translating technological complexity into practical solutions for business, promoting innovation and sustainability in business processes. The part-time program is aimed at those who work or want to work in technology-intensive business contexts and is designed to develop managerial skills to manage the digital transition and interpret data to support business decisions. A particular focus is given to the implementation of AI solutions in a strategic key, with a practical approach that includes lectures, project work, networking and mentoring sessions.
The Master’s degree covers various areas, from AI governance to advanced techniques such as machine learning, deep learning, language models and intelligent systems. A particular focus concerns the use of AI in business processes, such as marketing, operations, HR, finance and innovation, and the opportunities offered by generative AI. The final project work will consist of the development of practical cases, including the design of intelligent agents to automate operational tasks, in collaboration with Deloitte. This approach allows participants to concretely apply the knowledge acquired.
