On 2 and 3 December 2025, Turin becomes the reference point for technological innovation with AI Transition 2025, the event that explores how artificial intelligence is transforming the world of Italian business. Organized by Il Sole 24 Ore Eventi, it will be held at the Congress Center of the Turin Industrial Union and will be available both in person and online, with free participation upon registration.
The aim of the event is to bridge the gap between Italian companies and the concrete adoption of AI. Today, only 25% of large companies and 5% of SMEs actually use artificial intelligence tools, despite their enormous potential in terms of productivity and competitiveness. The programme will address key topics such as business opportunities, regulations, work transformation and digital skills development.
During the two days, participants will be able to attend conferences, round tables and moments of discussion on how AI can strengthen Made in Italy, what are the prospects beyond the AI Act, the effects of cybersecurity and artificial intelligence, and how AI is transforming sectors such as energy, telecommunications, smart manufacturing and automotive. There will also be great attention to the role of smart cities and how AI redesigns urban, productive and social processes.
Among the speakers there is also Noa Segre, active in the operational team of ToTeM Torino Tech Map and in Zest Group, where she holds the role of Partner International Business Development. Segre will speak in the Future AI Talent session, designed to bring startups, students and new artificial intelligence professionals into dialogue.
