Turin and Italy enter the international panorama of technological innovation thanks to Adaptronics, a startup part of the alumni network of ESA BIC Turin, the incubation program managed by I3P in collaboration with the European Space Agency and the Italian Space Agency, dedicated to technology transfer and the growth of new companies with a high innovative content in the field of the aerospace supply chain.

At CES 2026 in Las Vegas, one of the main global events dedicated to new technologies, the company obtained the “Best in Robotics” award as part of the Global Deep Tech Battle, a pitch competition that brings together deep tech startups from numerous countries.

The Global Deep Tech Battle is an initiative promoted by Swisstech with the aim of enhancing technologies with a high scientific and industrial content. The competition offers the selected companies international visibility and cash prizes. The startups presented their solutions in front of a global jury made up of industry experts, investors and representatives of the innovation ecosystem.

During the 2026 edition, hosted at the Eureka Park at CES, Adaptronics distinguished itself in the Robotics category, obtaining the “Best in Robotics” award, supported by Swisstech and accompanied by an economic award worth 3,000 dollars. The award enhances the quality and potential of the technology developed by the startup on an international scale.

The result obtained in Las Vegas confirms the increasingly important role of young Italian deep tech companies in global competitive contexts and strengthens the presence of the European robotics ecosystem in one of the most observed stages of the technology sector.
