Algor Education, Avea Life, BeDimensional, Cubbit, Dalfilo, Holifya, Hotiday, Prem AI, Radical Storage, Spiagge.it, W-Sense and WithLess: these are the 12 companies that have earned access to the 2025 edition of Elevator, the program created by Endeavor, with the support of Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT in collaboration with OGR Torino, to support startups that are entering the scale-up phase and demonstrate that they have the potential to establish themselves in the local and international entrepreneurial ecosystem.

Also this year, a heterogeneous group of companies operating in different sectors has been chosen: from applied tech to education and health, up to travel and AI. A geographical variety as well, which starts from Piedmont and Lombardy touching Liguria, Emilia Romagna, Lazio but also Switzerland.

The companies will be followed for 6 months by the team, mentors and partners of Endeavor, the organization present in over 40 markets that brings together over 2,000 of the best entrepreneurs on a global scale, including more than 50 Unicorns.

In Italy, Endeavor works with companies such as Bending Spoons, Satispay, Unobravo and D-Orbit.

Developed with the support of Fondazione Sviluppo e Crescita CRT and in collaboration with OGR Torino, both entities of Fondazione CRT, and with the collaboration of EY, Growth Capital, K&L Gates Italia, MIDA, W Executive, Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Klecha & Co., the program includes:

• Comparison between entrepreneurs and mentors of the Endeavor network, selected on their needs
• 4 highly specialized workshops held by partners and panel discussions with Endeavor experts and entrepreneurs
• 1 workshop with an executive coach
• 1 Investor Day with international investors
• Possibility to request a free consultation slot with partners WExecutive, K&L Gates, EY
• Networking moments between entrepreneurs
• 1 workshop with the MIDA coaching company

The ultimate goal of Elevator is to provide companies with the tools they need to consolidate their position and accelerate growth. Through the program, entrepreneurs will be able to validate – and fruitfully question – their business model, work on critical thinking, capital raising methodology, and deepen HR issues. Participants will also be asked to reflect on themselves, exploring topics such as leadership, team dynamics and the management of emotions and conflicts, to master every aspect of the complex profession of the entrepreneur.

AVEA LIFE (Switzerland)

Avea wants to redefine the concept of aging, guiding you towards a future of energy, health and longevity. Founded in Switzerland in 2021, it combines science and innovation to create scientifically proven supplements, developed by the team of experts to offer quality without compromise. With CHF 7 million raised in the seed round, Avea is already a benchmark in longevity in Germany, Switzerland and China and is poised to expand across Europe and Asia. Founded by: Teresa Budetta, Duri Granziol, Pascal Rode and Sophie Chabloz.

BEDIMENSIONAL (Genoa)

BeDimensional is a leading scale-up in the development of high-quality Few-Layer Graphene (FLG) and Few-Layer Hexagonal Boron Nitride (FLhBN or FLB). The company’s mission is to produce these two-dimensional crystals at industrial levels and at competitive costs, revolutionizing the manufacturing sector thanks to more efficient, sustainable and high-performance materials. Founded by Vittorio Pellegrini, Francesco Bonaccorso and Andrea Gamucci.

CUBBIT (Bologna)

Cubbit is the first geo-distributed cloud storage enabler. Its innovative software allows Service Providers and Enterprises to deploy their geo-distributed cloud storage network in minutes according to their specific infrastructure strategy and internal policy needs, in order to maintain full data sovereignty, simplify workflows and reduce costs. Founded by Stefano Onofri, Alessandro Cillario, Marco Moschettini and Alessio Paccoia.

DALFILO (Bergamo)

Dalfilo is a consumer brand that is revolutionizing the home linen market. From the craftsman to the final consumer, a single cotton thread that is weaving a story worthy of praise. Founded in 2021, Dalfilo has won more than 120 thousand customers, operates in 6 markets, boasts a super team of 30 people and is scaling quickly with an omnichannel business model. Founded by Davide Trabucchi.

HOLIFYA (Milan)

Holifya is a digital clinic that provides personalized metabolic plans based on the user’s biological data, combining precision diagnostics and expert medical guidance within a single digital platform. Holifya empowers people facing metabolic issues to improve their health through accessible, science-backed digital health solutions. Founded by: Alessandra Cestaro, Marco Brustia and Luca Di Dio.

HOTIDAY (Milan)

Hotiday is the first global decentralized hotel based in dedicated areas within the best local hotel facilities. The rooms, selected by Hotiday in a specific area of the partner hotels, are adapted to the desires and needs of modern travelers and enhanced with technological, design and comfort accessories. Founded by: Federico Brunelli, Vittorio Gargiulo and Federico Di Carlo.

PREM AI (Switzerland)

Prem AI accelerates the adoption of open-source, privacy-centric AI models. The platform offers a self-sovereign AI infrastructure, allowing users to deploy and host their own models themselves, without compromising privacy. Prem AI aims to create a comprehensive ecosystem that allows companies to harness the potential of generative AI while maintaining full control and ownership of their data.

RADICAL STORAGE (Rome)

Radical Storage is a luggage storage service distributed throughout the territory within local businesses. Present in more than 1,000 cities with 10,000 storage points around the world and 5 million stored luggage, it gives travelers the opportunity to leave their luggage where they need it, within verified and guaranteed commercial activities. The platform helps to generate a virtuous circle by giving businesses the opportunity to generate passive income and attract new potential customers. Founded by: Alessandro Seina, Giacomo Piva and Giulio De Donato.

SPIAGGE.IT (Rimini)

Spiagge.it is the leader in the management and booking of bathing establishments in Italy. With over 2000 partners in the area, it has extended its range of action to swimming pools and water parks with Piscine PRO and has landed in France. The Spiagge.it PRO platform offers advanced features such as weather insurance and umbrella rental, as well as innovative payment solutions. Founded by Andrea Menghi and Gabriele Greco.

WITHLESS (Bergamo)

WithLess is a financial automation platform designed for CFOs and finance teams. It helps eliminate unused software, track payments, stay on budget, and automate invoice reconciliation. WithLess aims to help startups achieve more with less, solving one of the most common problems among founders: spending too much. Founded by: Gianluca Treu and Thomas Alisi.

W-SENSE (Rome)

W-Sense is a deep-tech company, born as a spin-off of the La Sapienza University of Rome, specialized in dual-use underwater monitoring and communication systems based on patented technologies that ushered in the era of the Internet of Underwater Things (IoUT). W-Sense’s technologies are at the forefront of underwater wireless networking, enabling secure, multi-modal wireless communications and networks between robotic and sensor platforms, both submerged and surface, up to depths of 3,000 meters, generating ocean data for the underwater domain.
