Every month, it's the same story: I think I've found all the answers I was looking for about the start-up world and then *ZAC* here it is a new ToTeM event to attend and new questions pop up in my head
By now, being a regular, I already knew the way. It is 5.30 p.m. on Thursday 4 April and I head to Talent Garden Fondazione Agnelli for Tribe by ToTeM #14, the April event co-organised with Unione Industriali Torino. I'm ready to crash the event: with a beaming smile on my face, I fix my forelock and casually pass the accreditation, head towards the hall with my tape recorder in hand, and *SBAM* I find dozens and dozens of people I can ask for help to better understand the theme of the month!
This time we asked if there is a recipe for combining the wisdom and experience of traditional companies with the energy, freshness and agility of startups. There must be a way to overcome cultural differences and turn competition into cooperation, right?
Since the whirlwind of questions and answers in my head is getting livelier and livelier (maybe I should go to the pharmacy and buy some melatonin to stop thinking about it at least at night...) this time the episode will be divided into two parts and I will also have an 'apprentice' with me.
If curiosity is now too much, just press play and listen to the first part of the episode!
In this Part 1 of 2 you will hear the voices of:
- Giulia Tancredi, Managing Director of Bi Elle
- Maurizio Migliore, COO & Co-Founder of Formile
- Paola Allamano, CEO & Co-Founder of WaterView
- Giacomo Cacciabue, General Manager of Kostal Italia
“L’imbucato: viaggio genuino nell’ecosistema startup” is a ToTeM Torino Tech Map production, produced in collaboration with Kiwifarm.
