Yobs Technologies, a startup that supports companies in the selection of candidates with a project that collects and analyzes more than 400 parameters and captures key data such as facial expression, syntax, and behavioral signals, has raised 2 million euros, reaching a valuation of 10 million euros.
Among the investors who chose to bet on the project are professionals and experts in the field such as work psychologist Adam Grant, former Head of Product at Ironclad and Facebook Kat Orekhova and Lucy Guo, founder of Scale AI, a Silicon Valley unicorn scaleup.
Founded in 2018 by Frenchman Raphael Danilo and Italian Federico Dubini and based in Los Angeles, since 2020 in the incubator of Politecnico di Torino I3P, Yobs has developed a "smart" platform that revolutionizes the talent decision-making processes of companies to make them more inclusive, meritocratic and performing and that, in the era of remote interviews and video calls, is more necessary than ever.
The startup, whose project has been chosen by Nissan Motors, Nova Talent, ManpowerGroup and Leroy Merlin, working with the best work psychologists, has developed an Application Programming Interface to analyze personality, emotional intelligence, learning ability and internal compatibility of teams. The software developed by Yobs assists companies in evaluating staff promotions, forming complementary teams, and developing and reskilling talent.
