The aim is to <strong>improve the efficiency<\/strong> not only of production facilities but also of other buildings belonging to companies, <strong>reducing costs related to energy consumption<\/strong> and, in parallel, <strong>improving environmental sustainability by lowering carbon dioxide emissions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The intervention is made possible by the allocation of <strong>91.8 million euros from the Regional Sustainable Development Fund 21-27<\/strong> divided as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul><li><strong>68 million euros<\/strong> to set up <strong>high-efficiency cogeneration plants<\/strong> , <strong>rationalize production cycles<\/strong>, make efficient use of energy, and <strong>for energy efficiency and savings<\/strong> in business buildings;<\/li><li><strong>23.8 million euros<\/strong> for the promotion of <strong>green energy<\/strong> through <strong>the installation and production of plants based on the exploitation of renewable sources<\/strong>, the production of <strong>green hydrogen<\/strong>, the <strong>implementation of energy storage and accumulation systems <\/strong>.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>President Alberto Cirio and councillors Matteo Marnati and Andrea Tronzano<\/strong> commented: \"This is one of the most heartfelt and most important measures dedicated to energy efficiency for businesses and to promote energy from renewable sources. <strong>The year 2023 will be dedicated to structural measures to lower energy costs and make our businesses competitive.<\/strong> Supporting and helping businesses to <strong>grow competitively while respecting the environment is one of the cornerstones of business development in our area<\/strong>.
