Founded in October 2019, the company achieved excellent results in Italy in 2021 and at the beginning of this year entered two new countries,&nbsp;<strong>Germany and Spain<\/strong>, preparing to land in the markets of&nbsp;<strong>Portugal and France&nbsp;<\/strong>by the end of the year.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The turnover target for 2022 is over&nbsp;<strong>\u20ac 1 million, +300%&nbsp;<\/strong>compared to 2021, and, to date, the company is generating revenues perfectly in line with this target. The new investment round will <strong>finance the further development of the proprietary technology, the strengthening of the team, including by attracting new talent, and foreign expansion<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The&nbsp;<strong>lead investor&nbsp;<\/strong>of the round is&nbsp;<strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/sensiblecapital.com\/it\/\" target=\"_blank\">Sensible Capital<\/a><\/strong>, an Italian venture capital firm specialising in Proptech investments, together with&nbsp;<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/torinotechmap.it\/en\/ecosistema\/club-degli-investitori\/\" data-type=\"ecosistema\" data-id=\"431\">Club degli Investitori<\/a><\/strong>Club degli Investitori, one of the leading business angel groups in Italy. Previously, in 2020, Roomless was selected for the&nbsp;<strong>Hubble route by Nana Bianca and Fondazione Cassa di Risparmio di Firenze&nbsp;<\/strong>, which will convert their funding for the company into equity in the seed round.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Andrea Degli Innocenti, Co-Founder &amp; CMO of Roomless<\/strong>, said: \"We are excited to <strong>continue our growth with the support of very qualified and representative investors of the venture capital scene in Italy<\/strong>, with whom we share objectives and founding values.
