PerformUP: 200 publishers in the network of the Turin based startup that connects companies and publishers with AI

The founders' idea: use artificial intelligence to help companies identify digital publishers for their advertising needs.

PerformUP is a Turin-based AdTech startup born at the end of 2019 from an idea of Luca Russo and Giuseppe Tempio: using artificial intelligence to help companies identify digital publishers to focus on to increase their business through advertising and content marketing activities.

The startup's algorithm is called Diogene and it supports brands in the composition of their Private Partner Network for the acquisition of new customers, focusing in particular on the financial services, energy and mobility sectors. The Private Partner Network facilitates the matching between brands, who offer their services online, and publishers, who are selected by the algorithm and helped to produce specific editorial content to generate conversions.

PerformUP's predictive algorithm allows users to use the technology to process a large amount of useful data to select the most suitable digital publishers based on the acquisition strategy of the company that needs their services.

By the end of 2021, 200 publishers enrolled in the platform were reached, who could also benefit from access to professional tools offered by the startup to improve performance and conversions through comparison and analysis of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO). In this way, publishers are not mere suppliers, but they have the opportunity to have detailed reporting for their business that can help them to grow and improve their offerings to the PerformUP network and beyond.
