The Turin startup Book2Book is one of the winners of Get it!

The selected projects will undergo a training and mentoring program that will accompany them towards the Investor Day in 2022.

The five winning startups of the call for ideas of Get it!have been announced: an empowerment and impact investment program dedicated to startups and promoted by Social Venture Giordano Dell'Amore Foundation , which operates as an instrumental body of Fondazione Cariplo in the field of impact investing, in partnership with Cariplo Factory.

The projects that have been selected will have access to a program of training, incubation, acceleration and mentorship that will prepare them to participate in the investor day to be held next year and in which the projects that have worked best in structuring and growing will have access to the investments provided by the program.

Among the startups that have been selected during the Selection Breakfast also the Turin-based Book2Book, the first proximity library in Italy.

The selected ideas

  1. Blubonus (Brescia)
    Innovative services to facilitate access to public and corporate welfare services through a smart platform containing information and facilities catalogued by topic and customizable.
  2. Book2Book (Turin)
    Project based on proximity and exchange that involves citizens, readers and places of social and cultural aggregation of the city. The Book2Book application aims to create the first network of proximity libraries in Italy through the sharing of books from personal collections.
  3. Linkable (Cagliari)
    First digital platform to support people with disabilities in Sardinia that aims to help them, their families and professionals and facilities in the search for services and accredited professionals.
  4. MAFRIC (Milan)
    Ethnic-ethical clothing line created by social tailors in Africa and Italy, where, in addition to ethical and sustainable production, training and integration activities are also carried out for vulnerable and underserved individuals.
  5. Trimatech SIAVS (Bergamo)
    Created with the aim of helping people with mobility disabilities by providing them with an electronic wheelchair capable of assisting them in everyday tasks, both ordinary and not, increasing autonomy and facilitating relationships and movement.
