The event, the first in the 'Biz Bites' series for the year 2023, is organised by the Fondazione E. Amaldi, as ESA2S and ESA InCubed+ Ambassadors, by the European Space Agency and by CTE Next – House of Emerging Technologies of Turin and City of Turin and will be aimed at presenting co-funding and business development opportunities in the Earth Observation sector in favour of Piedmont's entrepreneurial fabric.

Following an initial session of institutional greetings, representatives of the European Space Agency will present the objectives, structure and methods of access to the ESA InCubed+ zero equity co-funding programme, together with an in-depth look at the first thematic call "InCubed for Cultural and Natural Heritage", with a specific focus on the application of Earth Observation technologies for the prevention and maintenance of Italy's cultural and national heritage. The first part of the event will be concluded by the intervention of the ICT Innovation Pole, which will present the new supply chain in the New Space Economy.

The team of the Fondazione E. Amaldi together with CTE Next will then explore the added value of the innovation network at national level for the Italian entrepreneurial fabric, and some success stories of companies supported and financed by the ESA InCubed+ programme will be presented together with the needs of the Turin ecosystem.

The event will conclude with a one-to-one mentoring session for the structuring of a successful Idea Pitch Questionnaire Idea Pitch Questionnaire dedicated to participating companies interested in doing business with the European Space Agency in the framework of the ESA InCubed+ programme by representatives of ESA and the team of the Fondazione E. Amaldi.

The event "ESA InCubed+: Earth observation as a driver for innovation" is the first of a series of events called "Biz Bites" aimed at presenting the opportunities offered by the E. Amaldi, as a CTE Next stakeholder, to Turin's innovation ecosystem.
