Gamindo, an innovative startup born in 2019 in Treviso, develops branded video games for companies, institutions and influencers that make it possible to carry out corporate social responsibility activities, thanks to the donations users can accumulate by playing. For its activities, with which it has served clients such as Coca Cola, Barilla, Chiara Ferragni, Lavazza and Discovery, Gamindo has won the National ICT Innovation Award, the Seal of Excellence from the European Commission and an acceleration path in Silicon Valley thanks to Plug and Play.
The €450,000 capital increase, which was attended not only by Andrea Rota (Managing Director of the Club degli Investitori) but also by Luiss Alumni4Growth, Wellness Holding, Moffu Labs, Simone Cimminelli and Matteo Fabbriniwill be used by the startup to grow the technological potential of its team: one of the first goals is to improve the customization of videogames for its clients, so that they will become more immediate, accessible and scalable.
Gamindo's founders, Nicolò Santin and Matteo Albrizio, said: "There are 2.7 billion gamers in the world and we are convinced that gaming is a new language available to companies, institutions and professionals, such as influencers, to engage people and communicate with their audience. Our mission is to give value to the time spent playing, both for companies and their brands and for individual users. We want to enable any company, not just multinationals, to have their own videogame. We are really happy with this step and we are ready to play in the global arena".
